What Actually Changes

Here's what two people experienced going through the program. Their backgrounds were different, but both found practical value.

Operations Manager → Financial Analyst

Before

Stuck in Spreadsheet Chaos

I was managing operations for a mid-sized distributor. Every month meant scrambling through different Excel files trying to understand what our numbers meant. I could see patterns but couldn't articulate them properly to leadership.

The Shift

Learning to See Structure

Module two was my breakthrough moment. Once I understood how to properly structure data and build dynamic reports, everything clicked. Suddenly I wasn't just looking at numbers—I was understanding what drove them.

Now

Actually Contributing Strategy

I moved into a financial analyst role six months after finishing. Now I build the forecasting models that inform our quarterly planning. My operations background actually became an advantage because I understand the business side.

Marketing Lead → Business Insights Manager

Before

Guessing at Impact

I led marketing campaigns but always felt disconnected from the financial results. I'd get basic ROI numbers but couldn't dig deeper or really prove the value of different initiatives beyond surface metrics.

The Change

Connecting Dots

Learning cash flow analysis and customer lifetime value modeling changed how I approached campaigns. I started building business cases that actually resonated with finance teams. The communication module helped me translate marketing activities into financial language.

Current Role

Bridge Between Teams

My current role didn't exist before—I essentially created it. I analyze business performance across departments and help different teams understand their financial impact. The marketing background plus financial literacy made me uniquely valuable.

How the Program Actually Works

We run 16-week cohorts with live sessions twice a week. Tuesday evenings cover new concepts. Thursday evenings are work sessions where you apply what you learned and get feedback.

Between sessions, you'll have practical assignments using real financial datasets. Nothing theoretical—you're building actual analysis tools and reports that mirror professional work.

Class size stays under 25 people so instructors can give individual attention. You'll work with the same group throughout, which means you build relationships with people facing similar challenges.

The next cohort starts September 15, 2025. We typically open enrollment three months ahead. If you're considering it, reaching out early makes sense because spots fill quickly.
